It is a joyous moment — the moment the minister declares them married and blesses their union in the name of God.
These are moments for which we give thanks to God, rejoicing in God's own gift of love to us, celebrating the care and faithfulness that enables us to give our own. These are moments that we rejoice to share with others and to preserve as memories through the years.
