Maple Grove United Church Library

MGUC’s Library is available for use, whether you need to prepare for Light Connection, some other MGUC activity, or simply for pleasure.

We hope that by having an index of available materials that the use of the library will increase. The library reflects the eclectic nature of MGUC. It has an extensive collection of materials for young children as well as more limited collections for various uses.

Not all the materials reflect our beliefs such as “The God Delusion” but we hope these kind of materials can help us support our personal growth. There a few surprising items which I am sure some will find enjoyable.

In the next year, we will be pruning the library and we would like your feedback. For instance, should we maintain our VHS collection?

The index is arranged by Type, Genre, Title, and then Author.

Types are – Book, Cards, Music, Spoken Word, and Video

Genres are – Activity Books, Children, Christmas, Crisis, Devotions, Easter, Faith, Fiction, General Interest, Leadership, Marriage & Family, Personal Growth, Spirituality, and Teens.
